1. WHAT can be returned?
Most items can be returned unless otherwise stated. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as custom-made or final sale items, are non-returnable.
2. WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns made after this period will not be accepted.
3. HOW do customers return items?
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at ytowner99900@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions. Include the original receipt or proof of purchase in the package
4. SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
5. CREDIT for returns?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. If you paid via credit card, it may take additional time for your bank to process the refund.
6. Packing materials?
All returns must be in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation that came with the product. Items returned without original packaging or in a non-resalable condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
